  2. Your final trade-in value will be confirmed after completing the device diagnostics via the CelcomDigi Trade-In App and a physical evaluation when you hand over your device.
  3. An RM10 fee will be charged to your CelcomDigi bill to secure your estimated trade-in value.
  4. The RM10 fee will be refunded once you successfully complete your trade-in.
  5. The fee is non-refundable if your trade-in is not completed by 31 October 2026.
  6. If you've already submitted a trade-in value lock-in request on our website, you don't need to submit another request here.
